Thanks for taking the assessment!
Hi there.
I’d ask you how you’re doing, but based on your score, I’d say pretty well!
It looks like your life is seriously aligned with what you’d want it to be! I’d guess that there might be some bumps in the road (as there are for all of us), you’ve been able to carve out a resilient space of your own with resources that allow you to have the clarity around who you are and what you want in life.
This is super awesome – a lot of people don’t have this clarity, nor the support systems you’ve fostered. High five!
I hope you’re celebrating the fact that there is still a whole lot of alignment in your life with your You-est You.
That said, you might still be feeling unfulfilled, disconnected, and unhappy – at least in some aspects of your life.
Maybe it’s your job. Maybe it’s your family of origin or your peer group. Maybe you’re stuck in a city/state/country where you just don’t feel like your belong.
Regardless of what aspect(s) of your life its in, there are systemic forces getting in your way of feeling safe to be yourself all the time.
But if you’re like most people I’ve worked with, you’re the type to focus on what you’d like to improve upon. You need to make sure you’re not blaming yourself for where you are right now (which can be hard given the Cult of Self-Improvement telling you that it’s all on you).
There has been a lot of research about how heavily we’re shaped by our environment, and to think any of us is any different is folly.
I’ve seen myself how I can show up fully and with generosity and empathy in systems that support vulnerability and humanity, and in others that promote competition and greed I can act petty and selfishly.
This first-hand knowledge of how systems affect us is why I focus on changing the systems you’re in and the habits you have. By focusing on doing introspective work with an external view, you’ll be able to change the systems impacting your life and living as your You-est You becomes an inevitability.
This is why my coaching programs focus on a variety of aspects of your life – creativity, confidence, career, and trust – because living an authentic life where you’re free to be yourself requires turning multiple dials and looking at your life from a wholistic perspective.
The process looks like this:
-Get clarity about who you are and what you need
-Build support structures
-Change the system you’re in
-Repeat
Given that you likely have a lot of clarity and support structures in place, we can really jump in to examine the systems that are making life less aligned and work to change them. Whether it’s internal work like dealing with impostor syndrome, fear of social media, or writer’s block, or focusing on things like leadership styles, salary negotiation, or building a personal authentic brand, we can dive in with focus and start polishing the areas of life that are awesome while changing up the areas that are out of alignment.
