Thanks for taking the assessment!

Hi there.

How are you doing? You okay over there?

Based on your score, I’m going to bet you’re not feeling very aligned with your current life.

This is a lonely place to be in – I grew up feeling disconnected from everyone around me and constantly felt like I had to be someone else to survive. I felt like I’d never be able to share myself fully with other people – I was already worried about being bullied and feeling ostracized.

Since I’ve been where you are, I know there’s a lot going on where you’re unfulfilled, disconnected, and unhappy.

Maybe it’s your job. Maybe it’s your family of origin or your peer group. Maybe you’re stuck in a city/state/country where you just don’t feel like your belong.

Either way, there’s a lot of systemic forces getting in your way of feeling safe to be yourself. At this point, you might think that it’s impossible for things to change, but it’s not.

You CAN change, if you want to. It starts with not blaming yourself for where you are right now.

There has been a lot of research about how heavily we’re shaped by our environment, and to think any of us is any different is folly.

I’ve seen myself how I can show up fully and with generosity and empathy in systems that support vulnerability and humanity, and in others that promote competition and greed I can act petty and selfishly.

This first-hand knowledge of how systems affect us is why I focus on changing the systems you’re in and the habits you have. By focusing on changing your systems and habits, living as your You-est You becomes an inevitability.

This is why my coaching programs focus on a variety of aspects of your life – creativity, confidence, career, self-trust – because living an authentic life where you’re free to be yourself requires turning multiple dials and looking at your life from a wholistic perspective.

The process looks like this:
-Get clarity about who you are
-Build support structures
-Change the system you’re in
-Repeat

It’s introspective work with an external view.

This work isn’t easy. Change never is.

It might require a lot of work, sacrifice, and time, but it is possible to change things around. I’ve seen it happen for hundreds of people of all ages in different countries and cultures, and I’ve seen it in my own life.

The question is how badly do you want to change?
